One killed in mishap

One person was killed and another was injured when he fell off a motorbike at Vajamangala on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Manikandan (28), a photographer from Chennai. A case has been registered.

Two arrested

Metagalli police arrested two persons in connection with theft of four two-wheelers in various parts of the city. They have been identified as M D Ashwath of Udaygiri and Syed Ali of N R Mohalla. The duo was arrested on KRS road, following which they revealed that they had stolen motorbikes near K R Circle, K R Hospital and city railway station.
They have been remanded to judicial custody.
