<p>Andhra Pradesh High Court today concluded the hearing on CBI's application seeking cancellation of bail of Vijay Sai Reddy, an accused in the disproportionate assets case against Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Justice K C Bhanu is likely to pronounce the verdict tomorrow.<br /><br />Senior advocate Sushil Kumar, representing Vijay Sai, argued today that CBI was not proceeding against all the accused, but was being selective.<br /><br />The chargesheet against Vijay Sai and others did not disclose any grounds for curtailing his client's freedom, advocate Kumar said.<br /><br />"The trial court had applied the law of the land...though the CBI somehow had taken a very prejudicial view about Vijay Sai (on bail plea) and has been acting only to confine him in jail," Kumar said.<br /><br />CBI lawyer Keshava Rao said that Vijay Sai was `a past master' of manipulating tactics, and the trial court had erred in granting him bail, which deserved to be revoked.<br /><br />Vijay Sai, a financial advisor of Jagan's companies and family auditor of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, was the first person to be arrested in the case in January this year. Special court for CBI cases here gave him bail on April 13.<br /><br />CBI filed chargesheet against Jagan and 12 others including Vijay Sai on March 31. Jagan is accused of getting investments of crores of rupees from several firms, as a quid-pro-quo for concessions from the state government when his father was the Chief Minister.</p>
