SSLC exam valuation work:Teachers asked to report for duty

The Secondary Education Board today directed all the teachers drafted for the valuation of SSLC answer scripts to report for duty with immediate effect.

The Board's direction came in the wake of large number of teachers abstaining from valuation work at various centres that began yesterday.

In a release here, the board warned that if the teachers failed to report for work, disciplinary action would be taken against them as their absence would delay announcement of results of SSLC examination.
