Fit as a fiddle!

She is all set to play a transgressing role from a 14-year-old girl to a 25-year old in Prakash Raj's next film, a remake of Abhiyum Naanum.

“It’s 70 per cent diet and 30 per cent exercise,” Ramya told Metrolife. So did she starve herself? Or did she hit the gym and spend hours burning all the flab? Na none of these.
“I ate, rather overate, and managed to steadily lose weight,” she reasons.
How is that possible? One wonders. “I did have my dose of tandoori chicken, pastas, pineapple pastries. In fact I eat every two hours and I get hungry very often,” Ramya says and adds, “But I am eating right and having balanced food. Proteins, carbohydrates, fat all mixed in perfect quantities.”

Ramya confesses that she feels so much more lighter, literally and figuratively and feels like ‘flying high’.

“Whoever I meet have just one question to ask. What do I eat? I tell them, “It’s food and more food.” Her dietician has given her a dietary chart that has plenty of salads, curds, boiled veggies chicken and soya sweets.

What’s more, Sandalwood's top star religiously plays two hours of badminton at the Bangalore Club every morning, opposite well-trained players who make her sweat it out.
By the way Ramya’s Prarambha also won the National Award year and she’s excited about that as well.
