BMIC: Petition dismissed

The petitioner, Parthasarthy had moved the HC challenging the inclusion of his land of two acres which was not part of alignment in an earlier notification.
The petitioner had contended that the Court earlier in 2005 had told the authorities to consider his objections, but the authorities after identifying the land found that it was an actual land identified for project.
