JOIN USOnly 30 of the 504 postgraduate medical degree seats are to be picked as the first round of counselling under the entrance exam quota ended at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) here on Wednesday.
A total of 379 Postgraduate Degree and 125 Postgraduate Diploma were up for grabs when the counselling had begun on Monday.
As the counselling process wound up after three busy days, only nine diploma and 21 degree seats remained vacant, according to the RGUHS Registrar, D Prem Kumar.
The Postgraduate seats in Anatomy and Physiology, post graduate diploma seats in Child Psychology and Laryngology and Otology are vacant, Registrar Prem Kumar added.
The unfilled seats will be included for the second round of medical counselling scheduled for May 25 and 26.
