Speaking to the media persons here on Sunday, he said that though the Health Minister Sreeramulu had responded positively, the association is demanding a written assurance from the government, failing which the doctors would submit mass resignation on September 29.
He said that already more than 3,900 doctors have submitted their resignations to the association including 129 medical officers.
