Aamir a hit with cops

While Shah Rukh Khan rubbed police the wrong way in Mumbai recently, arch rival Aamir was a hit among the policemen in Hyderabad during his visit to the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel National Police Academy here.

Addressing a group of IPS probationers, Khan, while talking on “public perception and police,” admitted that he did not have high regards for the police earlier, thanks to their portrayal in cinema.

His esteem for the law enforcers grew during the research for the movie “Sarfarosh” where he played the Assistant Commissioner of Police. “It was then that I realised the challenges faced and good work done by the police and that no one takes note of the good work done by them,” Khan said.
