KPCC President G Parameshwara has written to former Congress MP Tejaswini Gowda, seeking an explanation on her public spat with party colleague D K Shivakumar.
Tejaswini had attacked Shivakumar at a public meeting in Kanakapura questioning his style of functioning, to which the latter had retaliated, leading to a war of words between the two.
Parameshwara on Saturday clarified that he had not issued a notice to Tejaswini as was speculated.
He said that nobody was above the party and the leaders should maintain party discipline.
