<p>Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal on Tuesday favoured a redefinition of literacy in relation to the huge technological jump and the needs of 21st century.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Sibal said this while inaugurating the 4th international policy dialogue forum on teacher challenges for education for all, here. <br /><br />He called upon UNESCO to take a lead towards this effort. The Minister also inaugurated a walk-in exhibition for showcasing contemporary approach to teacher education in India. <br /><br />Sibal said despite the progress in the field of education, a lot more needs to be done in regions where challenges are the greatest.</p>
