Israeli delegation meets Karnataka tourism minister

The tourism potential, infrastructure development and investment opportunities in the state were discussed in the meeting. Reddy also explained about the planned `World Investors Meet' here in January 2010 and requested the Consul General to ensure that a large number of investors from Israel participated in the meet.

Reddy said the state would extend all cooperation for mutually benefitting tourism projects.
Sagiv evinced keen interest in Joint Venture projects and invited Reddy to Israel on the occasion of international tourism convention to be held early next year.

Karnataka's special representative in Delhi, V Dhananjay Kumar,Tourism Department Principal Secretary Jyothiramalingam, state tourism development MD Vinay Luthra, Tourism Director Vishwanath Reddy and Joint Director Sriramaiah took part in the deleberations.
