The IAS officer’s role has been played by Raj Singh Chaudhary, who says, “The story was very gripping and everyone, who has seen it, has not stopped raving about it. But we have finally got our due by winning the National Award.”

“We did a sincere effort to show the trials and tribulations of this man and we are glad that even he has got his recognition through this movie. Besides, the insane practice, which is still carried out in rural parts of Bihar, was revealed.”
