Justice Subhash Adi, who heard the matter directed that the list of evidences, documents, statements and the calender evidence for housing loan should be submitted.
During the hearing, the Court sought to know whether the bank manager alone had a role in the loan grant and warned of action against the officers who furnish false statements in this regard.
