The High Court of Karnataka will, on Wednesday, dictate orders on the petition by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa seeking anticipatory bail.

During the hearing, the counsel for Central  Bureau of Investigation (CBI) reiterated the submission that the kin of the former chief minister were not co-operating in the probe. The CBI submitted that the anticipatory bail was rejected to Yeddyurappa in private complaint (PCR) 3 earlier.

The counsel for Yeddyurappa said that prior to the summons, the anticipatory bail was rejected.

But, the former chief minister was granted bail by the High Court after the arrest.
The counsel submitted that the matter being PCR 2, he had been granted anticipatory bail as well as regular bail. Justice Subhash B Adi, who heard the matter, posted the matter for dictation of order.

Yeddyurappa had moved the High Court after the CBI court dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions filed by Yeddyurappa and his kin in the case registered by the premier investigation agency on the directions of the Supreme Court.
