State moots H-K study chair

The government has also constituted a five-member committee for writing the history of H-K freedom struggle.

Speaking after hoisting the national tricolour and garlanding the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel  at the Hyderabad Karnataka Liberation Day Celebrations organised by the district administration here on Thursday  the CM told the Education Department to include the history of Hyderabad Karnataka liberation movement in school curriculum. He paid tributes to Swamy Ramananda Tirtha, who led the liberation movement.He asked the administration to organise the event in a grand manner from the next year.
