Come to Cubbon Park with me. I will show you the situation,” Chief Justice <br /><br />Vikramajit Singh said, reacting to the submission that dogs do not attack unless <br />provoked. The Court said the organisations never give a clear picture and the statistics they furnish were far from truth.<br /><br />While mentioning the procedure to identify rabid dogs, the counsel for the NGOs said the dogs will be isolated after two veterinary doctors certify them as rabid.<br /><br />“Two doctors to certify a dog? There are no doctors to attend human beings,” the Chief Justice reacted. <br /><br />The Court directed the organisations to file an affidavit detailing the measures taken to check dog population in the City.</p>
