Obesity today is a worldwide concern and a growing one in India. Obesity is the leading cause for several diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, kidney and cardiac troubles. Everybody is now tired of hearing the statistics but nobody it seems has that magic solution. There is infact no magic solution for this problem.

Some of this is utilized as energy and the remaining is preserved as fat for emergencies like fasting or inadequate meal intake. The moment we start eating less, this equilibrium of food distribution is hampered. Both eating less and eating more will contribute to the obesity.
