Two gets life for murder

A local court has sentenced to life a woman and her paramour in connection with her husband's murder.

The prosecution case was that the paramour had murdered the woman's husband using a sickle with her assistance on August 6 last year.

The deceased had warned them against continuing their illicit relationship.
Gobichettipalayam Third Additional Sessions Judge Krishnan sentenced them to life yesterday.
