The Fast Track Court I will pronounce the orders on the bail application of Pascal Mazurier, the French Consulate employee on July 26.
Mazurier was arrested on June 19 on the basis of a complaint lodged by his wife Suja Jones accusing him of sexually abusing their four-year-old daughter.
The Forensic Science Laboratory is yet to furnish the clarifications sought by the police on the ‘ambiguities’ in the DNA report of Mazurier.
“They are expected anytime in the next week. Once we receive the clarifications, the probe into the case will be speeded up,” a senior police officer said.
