<p>Every actor knows that the way he or she recites the lines can either make or break the character in the film. </p>.<p><br />As challenging as that is, what is more challenging is when there are no lines whatsoever in the entire movie. Just a few films old, Sindhu Loknath is now all set to don one such character. <br /><br />Known for his witty dialogues, director Yogaraj Bhat gave Sindhu the role of a dumb and deaf girl in his upcoming film ‘Drama’, and the actress admits that the role was no walk in the park. </p>.<p><br />Nevertheless, she took up the challenge and trusted her director from start to end. <br />“Yogaraj Bhat is such a good director. Not once did I feel nervous. He has this aura about him which makes everyone feel so comfortable and I felt like I was doing a friend’s movie. That made it easier to perform as well,” says Sindhu, who recently completed a song shoot in Kundapur. <br /><br />While she has no lines in ‘Drama’, Sindhu more than makes up for it in the new Puneeth Rajkumar-starrer Yaare Kugadali.<br /><br /> Not only does she play a bold and talkative girl in the film, she also blurts out a lot of slang and abuses in the film. </p>.<p><br />“I play the role of a girl who works in a petrol bunk. It’s a very local character and I am cast opposite Yogi in the film. It was really funny as everyday, I had to come to the sets and say a lot of slang, which I otherwise don’t use,” she adds. </p>.<p><br /> If ‘Drama’ and Yaare Kugadali will see Sindhu in very simple and de-glam avatars, her new movie Jai Bajrangbali will have her donning an ultra-glamourous look. <br />“I had to undergo a complete makeover for Jai Bajrangbali as I play a foreign return. So, I had to have short curly hair and at the same time, in ‘Drama’ I had to have long braids,” she says. </p>.<p><br />Though so much is going on in Sindhu’s life, one is still waiting to see her onscreen. She too agrees. </p>.<p><br />“Yes, it has been a while since I have seen myself on the big screen. Nan Lifenali is scheduled for release soon and I am waiting for that. Soon enough, all these movies too will release. But if there is one thing I have learnt, it’s that all good things happen to those who wait,” she sums up. <br /></p>
