<p>Century said that the 800 (2 & 3 BHK) apartment project would come up in Rajarajeshwarinagar with the total cost of Rs 300 crore.<br />The first phase of the project — two towers with 200 apartments — will be completed by 30 November 2011, and the remaining 600 apartments would be completed by April 30, 2013.<br /><br />While, the two bedroom (BHK) apartments will be priced at Rs 22 lakh, the three bedroom ones will be priced between Rs 28-30 lakh.</p>
