Century said that the 800 (2 & 3 BHK) apartment project would come up in Rajarajeshwarinagar with the total cost of Rs 300 crore.
The first phase of the project — two towers with 200 apartments — will be completed by 30 November 2011, and the remaining 600 apartments would be completed by April 30, 2013.
While, the two bedroom (BHK) apartments will be priced at Rs 22 lakh, the three bedroom ones will be priced between Rs 28-30 lakh.
