In the wake of Dasara Shobhayathre and Mangaladevi Rathotsava

The movement of heavy vehices from Ladyhill to Kudroli and New Chitra talkies to Kudroli has been banned. City bus number 13, 1b, 31 should ply on the road behind the temple.
All the vehicles which move out of the town via Lalbagh should take a left turn at Hampankatta and proceed towards Ambedkar Circle-Bunts Hostel and move via Mallikatta-Nanthur. Vehciles (except KSRTC) should ply on Circuit house or Kuntikana route.

Vehicles coming from Kottara should ply via Mallikatta-Bunts Hostel route. Service buses should ply via Horticulture office-Ambedkar circle route. Vehicles from Bunder which move to Udupi via Car Street-Kudroli-Mannagudda should ply via Azeezuddin road, Kandathpalli, road behind Kudroli temple-Urwa Market-Ashoknagara road. The parking of vehicles on either side of the main road where procession passes through is banned.

Vehicles must be parked at Urwa Market, Mannagudda bylanes in 45 degree angle.
Meanwhile, in view of the Mangaladevi Rathotsava on September 28 at 7 am, a few changes have been made in the area. The Rathotsava will pass via Casia-Marnamikatte first bridge and will come back to the temple. The movement of vehicles on Casiya and Monkey stand towards temple and Mulihitnlu is banned. All the vehicles plying via Casia should move towards Jeppu Market-Mulihithlu. 

All the vehicles from Monkeystand side should move via Emmekere-Bolara or Marnamikatte first bridge.
All the buses which come to Mangaladevi should pass through Casia, Jeppu Market and Mulihithlu, the release added.
