<p>The DMK, a key constituent of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA), on Friday categorically ruled out withdrawing support to the Manmohan Singh government.<br /><br /></p>.<p>“We have upheld and will continue to uphold the coalition dharma and unless there are very serious ideological differences we will not leave the UPA coalition,” DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi said here late on Friday evening during a brief interaction with mediapersons at his Gopalapuram residence.<br /><br />Declining to comment on Mamata Banerjee pulling the plug, Karunanidhi said: “As far as the DMK is concerned, it has not quit any alliance either in haste or out of anger.” </p>
