Subex Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Subash Menon has resigned and will continue as a non-independent director of the company, according to a BSE filing.
The decision was taken at the board meeting of the company on Thursday.
Menon said in a statement, “With the restructuring of FCCBs complete, I have decided to focus on my other business interests and hence this move.” He did not respond to calls seeking comment.
Subex shares on BSE fell 3.85 per cent on Thursday.
