'Focused on our game'

Former India coach Gary Kirsten can legitimately claim to know a lot about Indian cricketers and their game but the South African felt that knowledge was of little use when the Proteas take on M S Dhoni and company in Tuesday’s Super Eight clash.

“I think there is enough information out there for every player to be analysed at length, there is enough on television, there is the IPL... I mean there is plenty of information.

“The focus of our attention is not on them, the focus of our attention is that we play well, about what we need to do well in the next game,” said the former South Africa opener for whom this is the first major ICC event as the Proteas coach.
