<p>Olympic Games bronze medallists Saina Nehwal and Mary Kom were gifted residential flats for their achievements in London here on Wednesday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>“I thank for the love and support from the people,” said Mary after receiving the property documents from Sanjay Raj, the CEO of Commune India.<br /><br />“This will be a second home to me,” said Saina, who was handed the documents by Alok Biswas, CEO of Target Games Facilities.<br /><br />The three BHK flats in Chandapura-Anekal main road are worth Rs 40 lakh each. <br />The duo returned the favour to their well wishers with Mary presenting a pair of her boxing gloves and Saina giving a badminton racquet to be auctioned for the Save a Mother charity programme. <br /><br />“We will auction it in the next 60 days,” said Sanjay.<br /><br />“We are planning to build a sports complex in Sarjapur with modern facilities,” said Biswas. <br />“The complex will include facilities for badminton, tennis, boxing, cricket and football. Saina and Mary will be part of it in some capacity. <br /><br />“We will be discussing it with the players. The work for the complex will start in three months time and we are expecting to complete it in 18 months,” said Biswas.<br /><br /></p>
