The country's premier bourse BSE has formed a 16-member advisory committee headed by its Chairman S Ramadorai to advise the governing board on non-regulatory and operational matters including product design, technology, charges and levies.
The committee has been formed in conformity with the Securities Contracts Regulation (SCR) and Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations Regulations (SECC), 2012 and comprises trading members only, with the Chairman of the Board as the chairman of the committee, according to a BSE release.
