Drinking water supply to be priority of NR Pura TP

Addressing the gathering TP President M S Jayaprakash said that the village has been facing scarcity of drinking water for several years now and hence this problem needs to be solved immediately. He directed the GP engineers to do the needful at the earliest.
Mescom officials were specifically directed to provide electricity connection for drinking water projects. Mescom and ZP Engineers were asked to work in co-ordination with each other.
The meeting directed the GP Secretaries to hold survey work in the GP limits and submit reports for implementation of Kutera Jyoti scheme.

Vidarbha package

He said that over 81 applications have been received for availing benefits under Vidarbha package. The applications will be scrutinised and then the applicants will be considered to receive the benefits of the package, informed officials of Health Department.
Department of Watershed official informed that there is shortage of personnel in the department due to which the preparation of project estimation under NREGS is taking time. House decided to bring the issue to the notice of MLA.

House directed the Agriculture Department officials to demand for fertilises and manure from the government keeping all the crops in mind and not just paddy. They were also directed to demand 10 per cent extra fertilisers and manure then what is required, just to be on the safer side.
