Jet Airways CEO quits

Jet Airways CEO Wolfgang Prock-Schauer  has resigned. He will be succeeded as acting CEO by Nikos Kardassis which is currently serving Jet senior vice president in charge of the Americas.

Prock-Schauer, who has been at the helm of Jet since June 2003 and has guided the company during the critical period of its international expansion growth, will join British Midland as its CEO and based in UK.

A Jet release said Kardassis formerly CEO of Jet Airways from 1994-1999 brings wealth of experience.
