A woman was allegedly abused and assaulted with a lethal weapon in Nenamanahalli village of the taluk on Wednesday.
Police have given the name of the victim as Prameela. Raghu and Somu, both residents of same village are alleged to have assaulted the woman.
Rural police have registered a case.
