Shilpa Shettar suffers bruises

Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar’s wife Shilpa Shettar met with a minor accident on the Pune-Bangalore national highway near M K Hubli-Hirebagewadi.

A vehicle hit her car from the rear on Thursday. Shilpa Shettar was on her way to Bellad-Bagewadi in Hukkeri taluk from Hubli, to attend the wedding of Nikhil Katti, son of Agriculture Minister Umesh Katti.

The car, coming from the rear, hit her vehile, when her car driver applied sudden brakes. She suffered bruises in the accident and proceeded with her journey, according to Superintendent of Police Sandeep Patil.
