The Karnataka government plans to open Sakaala service centres across the State, said Principal Secretary to Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) Shalini Rajneesh here on Tuesday.
The DPAR has been training employees of various government departments on the implementation of Right to Services Act.
The officer said a delegation of officials from the Government of Punjab is in Bangalore to gather information on Sakaala.
