<p>IGP (Western range) Pratap Reddy has said that with continuous combing by the ANF and district police in Dakshina Kannada, Maoists have migrated to Pushpagiri and forests in Kasargod. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The ANF and the police are continuing their combing operations at a few places. At the same time, the police have better network with citizens living in periphery of the forest. This has been a set back for the Maoists. <br /><br />To a query on development work in the Naxal-infested areas, the IGP said that the police department is coordinating with the district administration and carrying out the work. <br /></p>
