<p>Irked by refusal to issue a recommendation letter, a youth pelted stones at the official vehicles of Health and Family Welfare Minister Aravind Limbavali at Thippasandra in J B Nagar police limits on Monday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The glass window panes of the minister’s car were broken to pieces. The police registered a case against Doddappa, 24, for his act and arrested him later. Doddappa hails from Gulbarga and was a contract employee with Karnataka Milk Federation. <br /><br />He had met the minister a few days ago and had requested him to take steps to regularise his services.<br /><br />Limbavali had assured him that he would give him a letter recommending regularisation of his services, police said.<br /><br />He went to the Minister’s house at Thippasandra and requested for the letter at around 1 pm, but the minister refused to issue him any letter.<br /><br />An irked Doddappa came out of the minister’s residence and pelted stones at his car, police said.<br /></p>
