<p>A pillion rider was killed when a speeding lorry rammed his bike on 19th Cross, HSR Layout on Tuesday night. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Suresh Kumar, 32, a native of Tamil Nadu and a resident of Somasundarapalya, was riding pillion on his colleague Madan’s bike. The two were returning home from work. <br /><br />As Madan took a sudden left turn on 19th Cross, HSR Layout, to refill the fuel, a speeding lorry rear-ended the bike. Both Kumar and Madan fell off. While Madan escaped with minor injuries, Kumar came under the wheels of the lorry and was killed on the spot.<br /><br /> The lorry driver abandoned the vehicle and fled. Madiwala traffic police have booked a case.</p>
