<p>The State government on Thursday transferred Joint Commissioner of Police, Crimes (East), Bangalore B Dayananda and appointed IPS officer S Murugan in his place.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Dayananda headed investigations into the Bangalore terror module case wherein the City police had arrested 15 persons. <br /><br />The case was later taken over by National Investigation Agency (NIA). <br /><br />Dayananda has now been posted as Inspector General of Police, CID, Economic Offences, Bangalore.<br /><br />In another transfer, Prem Shankar Meena has been posted as Additional Director General of Police, Recruitment and Training, Bangalore.</p>
