<p>Police on Saturday arrested two thieves at Rachenahalli gate near Shravanabelagola, Channarayapatna taluk, Hassan district, and have seized vehicles worth more than Rs six lakh. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Manjunath of Rajapura and Krishna of Nagayyanakoppal were apprehended by police, while the other accused Jagga of Rajapura managed to escape. <br /><br />The trio were nabbed when they were pushing a Tata Esteem car near Rajapura gate.<br /><br /> Inspector A Marappa and his colleagues, who were on their way to Shravanabelagola grew suspicious about their behaviour and questioned them.<br /><br /> The gang fled from the scene, leaving behind the car. <br /><br />The police however chased and made the arrests. The police has also seized three cars, two autos, and one bike, which the gang had stolen using duplicate keys.<br /><br /> The gang has stolen the vehicles from Peenya, Bangalore. The three, who had sold parts of the autorickshaws, had also planned to sell the cars. <br /></p>
