An engineer was Wednesday found hanging in a toilet at a Noida stadium in Sector 21-A, the police said.
Shashank Yadav was working with New Delhi-based Engineers India Limited. His body was discovered hanging in a public toilet of the stadium by a cleaner. The police suspect he committed suicide.
The police identified Yadav from the documents found in his trousers pockets and informed his family.
Pratinder Singh, senior superintendent of police (SSP) of Noida, told IANS that Yadav's friend had said that a contractor had reportedly filed a complaint with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against him and he was repeatedly being called by the agency for questioning.
