JOIN USMuslim leader Abdul Nasser Madani who was here on bail to attend his daughter's wedding flew back to a Bangalore jail Wednesday.
Madani has been convicted for his involvement in the 2008 Bangalore bomb blasts. He got parole to attend the wedding of his daughter in Kollam, 70 km from here.
This was the first time that Madani was allowed to visit Kerala since he was jailed in Karnataka in August 2010.
For the past five days, he hogged local media headlines with political leaders wanting to meet him.
Madani stayed at a private medical college while he was out on bail and underwent medical checkups and treatments.
"He has diabetes. His condition is stable but he has eyesight problems for which he is being treated," said the head of the panel of doctors who treated him.
