Speaking at an event, Vasudeva Sharma, Executive Director, Child Rights Trust, said that the posters had points which explained in simple steps what a police officer should do in cases involving children and minors. The posters had been sent to all police stations in the City, he said and added: “The rights of children need to be protected. A child who has been sexually harassed or has been kidnapped has different needs. The police officers need to know how to deal with them.”
