Woman, lover kill husband

A woman and her lover were arrested for killing her husband at outer Delhi’s Sultanpuri, police said on Wednesday.

Seema, 30, and Kishore Kumar, 23 were arrested at their homes in Sultanpuri, said a police officer.

On Tuesday, police received a call that a quarrel broke out at Friends Enclave in Sultanpuri.
A police team reached the spot and found a male body lying in the room. He was identified as Sourav, a ward boy at Agrasen Hospital.

The body of was sent to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital for a post-mortem and a case was registered with Sultanpuri police station.

During investigation Sourav’s wife Seema’s behavior was found suspicious as she was changing her statements to police.

She finally broke down and confessed her involvement in the murder with the help of her lover Kishore.

She told police that she was having a relationship with Kishore for last two years.
She said Sourav was an alcoholic and also addicted to multiple drugs.

On Tuesday, after an argument between Seema and Sourav, she along with Kishore — who was also present there — strangled Sourav.
