Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Siddaramaiah has said that the Congress will announce the list of candidates for the coming Assembly elections after April 1.
Speaking to mediapersons he said that there is no confusion in the party regarding selection of the candidates. He clarified that there is no tie up with Karnataka Janata Party and alleged that BJP and JD(S) are spreading rumours in this regard.
He confirmed his contest from the Varuna constituency in Mysore district. Speaking on the occasion, KPCC president G Parameshwara said that senior leaders would campaign for the candidates in the State.
