BJP not restricted to family: DV

Former chief minister D V Sadananda Gowda has said that unlike Congress and the JD(S), the BJP is not restricted to a family. It is based on individual.

Speaking at BJP workers convention, he said that the party has given ticket by identifying the indivual capacity. Bantwal Assembly constituency has both Congress and BJP district president. There is a need to make open discussion on developmnent work carried out by the Congress in its 50 years of rule and the BJP in its five years of rule in the State. If the Congress had upper hand in its development work, then I will renounce politics, he said.
