<p>When the results of the Common Entrance Test (CET) were announced on Tuesday, Pavan’s parents could not celebrate his remarkable achievement. <br /><br /></p>.<p>Pavan, who secured 9th rank in Medical and 34th rank in engineering, had died eight days before the results were announced. <br /><br />Pavan, a student of Nutan PU college in the city, had drowned in the TV Station Lake, when he went there to swim along with his friends on May 20.<br /><br />His father is an engineer and mother a teacher. They are residents of MCC Block.</p>
