Sahi, the state education minister, RJD's Prabhunath Singh and Jitendra Swami of Congress who is the son of Umashankar Singh.<br /><br />The JD-U was backed by the Bharatiya Janata Party while the RJD had the support of the Lok Janshakti Party.<br /></p>
