<p>In another shuffle in their key leadership, Infosys's V Balakrishnan has replaced B G Srinivas as the chairman of Lodestone, the company Infosys acquired last year in September.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Infosys has seen couple of top leadership changes in the recent times which include B G Srinivas, erstwhile global head of manufacturing & engineering business took over as the new leader of the company’s financial services & insurance business. <br /><br />Ashok Vemuri, earlier global head of its financial services & insurance business was to lead the company’s manufacturing & engineering business.<br /><br />Infosys in an emailed statement told Deccan Herald, “V Balakrishnan has been appointed the chairman of Lodestone and B G Srinivas will continue to be a key member of the Board of Lodestone. This move is part of the regular re-allocation of portfolios to meet the company’s strategic objectives. The integration of Lodestone is progressing as per plan.”<br /><br />Infosys, in September announced that it would acquire global management consultancy firm Lodestone for CHF 330 million in cash.</p>
