JOIN USIn another shuffle in their key leadership, Infosys's V Balakrishnan has replaced B G Srinivas as the chairman of Lodestone, the company Infosys acquired last year in September.
Infosys has seen couple of top leadership changes in the recent times which include B G Srinivas, erstwhile global head of manufacturing & engineering business took over as the new leader of the company’s financial services & insurance business.
Ashok Vemuri, earlier global head of its financial services & insurance business was to lead the company’s manufacturing & engineering business.
Infosys in an emailed statement told Deccan Herald, “V Balakrishnan has been appointed the chairman of Lodestone and B G Srinivas will continue to be a key member of the Board of Lodestone. This move is part of the regular re-allocation of portfolios to meet the company’s strategic objectives. The integration of Lodestone is progressing as per plan.”
Infosys, in September announced that it would acquire global management consultancy firm Lodestone for CHF 330 million in cash.
