MSEZ R&R colony title deeds distribution on November 7

According to a press release, property title deeds will be distributed by District-in-Charge Minister J Krishna Palemar. Mayor Shanker Bhat will preside. MLAs Yogish Bhat, Abhayachandra Jain, Coastal Development Authority Chairman Nagaraj Shetty, ZP President Santhosh Kumar Bhandary, MSEZ Director I S N Prasad, DC V Ponnuraj and others will be chief guests.  MSEZL’s R&R colony at Kulai include wide roads peppered with lots of greenery enriched with rare and endangered species, an acre land reserved for rainwater harvesting, a sprawling area of 48.15 acres bedecked with sodium streetlights, underground drainage system, a proposed school, bank, post office, play ground and children’s park among other facilities. The first of the seven Rehabilitation and Resettlement colonies of MSEZ is already being occupied.

The sewage treatment plant is a prefabricated, skid mounted of 100 kilo litres/day capacity supplied by Daystar Enviro Technologies Pvt Ltd in Gujarat and the unit is installed and tested for the clarity of its treated sewage effluent. The recycled water will be used for the 3,000 trees already planted in the colony, the release added.
