'Kalaakarashana' performed

At 4 am, the religious rites were performed by digging the place where the body of the Swamiji was placed after his demise in March. The homa and pooja were performed where ‘Aatma’ of the Swamiji was invited into a Kalasha and was preserved. Daily pooja would now be performed to this Kalasha.

Later the body of the Swamiji was kept open by his son Raja S Rajagopalacharya and his grand children. The holy cloth which was brought from Lord Venkateshwara temple in Tirupathi was placed on the head and was closed later. A Brindavan would be constructed by next Aradhana of Sushameendra Teertha Swamiji.
