The police have submitted ‘B’ report in the case of alleged assault and attempt to murder on Victor Saldanha by his brother Placid Saldanha and plantation manager Esha Kumar over the issue of ownership of St Philomena estate in Pandavarahalli in Mallandur police station limits.
Victor Saldanha had filed a complaint in Mallandur police station, alleging that his brother and plantation manager had threatened to shoot him when he visited St Philomena estate on October 9, 2011. The then PSI Manjeshwara had conducted an investigation and had submitted the ‘B report to the JMFC court on April 12, 2012.
The court closed the case by accepting the ‘B’ report on March 16, 2013.
