Three-yr-old boy run over by lorry

A three-year-old boy was killed on the spot after he was run over by a mini lorry near his house in Gudenahalli, Chapparadakallu Main Road, Friday afternoon.

Nandeesh was playing in front of his house when a truck laden with cement bags knocked him down while moving in the reverse direction. The cement bags were meant for a hollow brick unit adjacent to his house.

The driver fled the scene abandoning the vehicle. Chikkajala traffic police have seized the vehicle and registered a case.
